Does it pass the Bechdel Test? No. There is only one female character, Agent Peggy Carter.
Power Structures observed at the SSR:
- Agent Carter is the only woman employed at the SSR, and the men believe that the only reason she is there is because she had a relationship with Captain America, so they can’t toss her out like she was nothing.
- The men are assigned the cases, meanwhile, Agent Carter only does code-breaking and filing.
- Her Cheif does not want to give her assignments and disagrees with her after she completes a mission.
- Agent Carter is sent to run SHIELD with Howard Stark over any of the men in the office
