In this commercial the biggest stereotype we see is the lack of female actors represented. The lead actor is a male along with many of the background characters. There are only two female characters seen in this commercial and they are both in stereotypical roles. The first is the mother who is seen in this stereotypical motherly role of cooking in a kitchen and trying to get her son ready for school. Then the only other female character we really see in this commercial is the school teacher. A female teacher is another stereotypical role for a female to have. Therefore this commercial is playing into the big problem we are discussing in class that there is not much female representation in media such as commercials.
Football
The males in this commercial are also playing into typical stereotypes such as playing football in the yard. These are typical stereotypes that men are always playing sports and being tough.
