For 2016, Time Magazine chose Donald Trump as Person of the Year. Similar to Obama, this choice was due to him being elected as president of the United States.
This time, he is portrayed in a different way than Obama was, who appeared smiling and looking away, in a comforting and femenine style. Donald Trump is represented in a more tradicionally masculine way, with a serious face and starring at the reader.
Starring at the reader is normal for masculine covers, and not only is shown like that, but also Looking back, which would usually be done to show the figure but we have a chair covering.
Overall, very traditional cover for men
