In this episode, I will continue analyzing feminine and masculine traits that I see being shown. This will help to gather more data so that I can have more data for my final project as a whole.
Feminine Traits
- Mel is trying to be kind to Jack as he is late for the lunch date they were supposed to meet for. She wants to make sure he is okay and is worried that he does not answer his phone.
- Hope is portrayed as a gossip spreader. She keeps telling all of Jack’s personal affairs which she is not supposed to mention.
- Mel goes to see Charmaine while she was looking for Jack. She wants to make sure Jack is okay and is concerned so she goes looking for him.
- Lily is talking about Chloe the baby and how she started to walk, which shows motherly traits. She is proud of her child’s accomplishments.
- Lizzie is shown as manipulative because she convinces Ricky to come over and stay for a little bit even though he is missing his shift.
Masculine Traits
- Charmaine is being assertive because she is telling Mel that she cannot go to the pot farm alone. Charmaine insists on going with her.
- Jack is being bold and going to confront the sketchy, dangerous pot farm workers since they poisoned the salad at his bar. He is upset because many customers got sick as a result.
- Jack shows a take charge sort of attitude when he goes to the trailer looking for a guy named Spencer. The situation is obviously dangerous but he goes anyways and faces the danger head on.
